Canvas size:700x700

Paste frame 3/resize 42%/image/rotate to the right 30 degress/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections.modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 1 below frame layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Paste frame 2/resize 35%/edit/repeat resize/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections.modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 8 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Paste below layers/position/dropshadow:

Glitter/resize 30%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Flowers/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

String 1&2/resize 48%

Tag 2/resize 85%

Flower 3/resize 60%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.
